@Ron Clark - The clock is updated based on your PC's clock. Unfortunately, your PC's clock is not the most accurate system in the world. I am working to resolve this issue as I have also seen it as well. For now, the only way to update the clock is to exit and restart the application. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

@Ron Clark - We are pleased to hear that the Tone-to-Text system has been instrumental in enhancing your communications capabilities. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

We are paid department in southeastern Indiana and not all of our members live in our county. This presented a hurdle when attempting to call back personnel for manpower when relying on a radio based pager system only. The Tone-to-Text program has added an easily accessed and implemented communication source for our department. We are now reaching members in areas that we were not capable of reaching prior to the use of this system. It has also allowed for special or group messaging. The average response time frame of a message being sent, to being received has ranged from approximately 10 seconds to less than four minutes. This is a great improvement from personnel not receiving a message via the standards Minitor pagers.
