Help in a Time of Need

The Everton Fire Department leveraged the Tone-to-Text system to maintain dispatch capabilities during a critical paging system failure encountered at the Fayette County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center. Without the Tone-to-Text system, the only means of dispatch would have been to manually call each individual department member which would have been an extremely time consuming effort. The Fayette County 9-1-1 Dispatch Coordinator had this to say about the Tone-to-Text system.

“I can not stress enough how this software “bailed” us out of a crisis. There were radio issues to where we could not dispatch to Everton Fire. The Chief suggested this program. We installed it and have been using it since. It is simple to use and the messages go out immediately. I highly recommend this solution to any department.”
