@Terri – It was a pleasure working with you and Chief Gronning during this crisis. I am glad that the Tone-to-Text system was able to allow you to continue dispatching the Everton fire department while your main systems were down. I can only imagine the stress your were under at this time.

As the Director of Dispatch for Everton Fire, I can not stress enough how this software “bailed” us out of a crisis. There were radio issues to where we could not dispatch to Everton Fire. The Chief suggested this program. We installed it and have been using it since. It is simple to use and the messages go out immediately. I highly recommend this solution to any department.

As Fire Chief for the Everton Volunteer Fire Department, I am very impressed with this software and ease of use. We did have a slight problem at first. After contacting the progran administrator, the issue was resolved rapidly and he continued to contact us to make sure all was working well with the program. My personnel and department’s review of this software is that we are very pleased with the functions and uses of this software. Chad Gronning, Everton Fire Chief.
